Assessment & Strategy

For your organization: archival review, scientifically grounded data collection (interviews, listening sessions, focus groups), and organization wide surveys will lead to our collaborative creation of a 2-3 year custom DEI Playbook—including goals, metrics, timeline, milestones, PLUS.

Third Party Data Collection

If you want a clear view of your employees' POV, values, commitments, and behavior, ongoing exit interviews and employee surveys (pulse, culture, diversity profile) conducted by Diversity North provide real value for decision making. 

Training, Learning, & Dialogue
