Diversity North Group takes its anti-racism commitment as a core principle in all that we do. We work hard to keep our networks, knowledge, and understanding to state-of-the-art, so we can share the very best of evolving ideas and practices with our partner clients.

Our commitment is informed by theories of racism and anti-racism, including the tenets of Critical Race Theory, which calls for us to reject racism as normal and is grounded in the idea that race is a socially constructed phenomenon with no biological basis.

Our work is also grounded in the Black Intellectual Tradition. We are committed to centering the people who have been and are being harmed—to understand their perspectives on the right steps to build racial equity, and to integrate intersectionality, recognizing that multiple diversity dimensions intersect in meaningful ways.
